MEET OUR TEAM
Michael Hartz is the Owner of Off Ground Operations. For over 20 years Michael has been working in the Pharma and Biotech space deploying field sales forces, analyzing diverse data sets, improving technological sales systems, and leveraging mapping analytics to understand impacts. He holds a Bachelor's Degree from Millersville University and two advanced degrees from Drexel University.
In 2026 Michael launched Off Ground Operations. He saw the value that drone data could provide to a variety of industries. Michael received his Part 107 FAA certification in UAS, Level I ITC sUAS Thermographic Certification, OSHA 10, and is fully insured. His vision for the company is to go beyond the basic and to elevate impactful data analysis.
