Service Description
Off Ground Operations provides a Part 107, OSHA 10 Hour, and Level I certified thermographic analyst and insured drone pilot to map your client's roof. This service will reduce risk, enhance speed to estimate, and assist with insurance claims. Unlike other drone services the thermographic analysis can demonstrate what areas of the roof maps are most exposed to heat loss and moisture before one shingle is removed! Post-storm damage documentation Insurance claim support FLIGHT + CAPTURE • RGB + thermal storm damage scan • GPS-tagged damage mapping • Hail impact documentation • Wind damage pattern capture DELIVERABLES • Adjuster-ready claim report • Time/date/GPS stamped imagery • Damage severity classification • Xactimate-compatible data RESPONSE • 24-hr priority deployment • Same-day report available +$95 Thermal inspection note: Thermal roof inspections must be conducted under correct Delta-T conditions — typically 1–2 hours after sunset when interior-to-exterior temperature differential is sufficient for moisture detection. All thermal inspections are conducted by an ITC sUAS Level 1 Certified Thermographer. Reports meet ASTM C1153 and insurance adjuster standards.
